Localities of Russian Ordovician trilobites

1. Wolhov river
   The best trilobite locality in St. Petersburg region. Main part of Russian Ordovician trilobites, including rare species (Cybele, Hoplolichas, Cheirurus) was excavated from this place.

2. Lava river
   Locality less in trilobites than Wolchov and Putilovo but it is very nice place.

3. Putilovo quarry
   Very old quarry (opened from the first half of 19 century) with numerous trilobites.

4. Vilpovitsy quarry
    Last 4 years its a main source of Middle Ordovician trilobites.

5. Koporye
   Very old limestone quarry (known from 12 century) with Middle Ordovician trilobites and built from limestone fortress.
